Davinci Resolve 12 Studio Dongle won't load

Hello,

I just bought a used BMPC 4k, and it came with the Davinci Resolve 12 Studio Dongle.
I am new to Blackmagic cams and DaVinci software, and now have installed Davinci Resolve 12 Studio on a brand new iMac 27", but it won't load.

Can someone give me an idea of why it won't load?

Might the software version need to be updated?

Any help would be appreciated!

You can use the latest software with the dongle as it not limited to v12.

I would download the v15beta from the support web site and it that doesn't work report details of the issue on the beta forum.
