Can't export log file

Hi,

Resolve 14 and 15 both crashes very very often in simple tasks. I tried to export log file CaptureLogs but I just receive some access denid error message and notification that .zip file is saved on my desktop. I don't get any log file. What should I do? I'm using Finnish Windows 10 and /users -directory is different. Could this be the reason or is there a problem with permissions or something.

I have just started to practice video editing but start has been very poor so far.

You've selected the "Create Diagnostics Log File on Desktop" menu in the Resolve help menu, and it's not creating a .zip file on your desktop?
