annotation (arrow) improvements

1) intuitively, if I draw an arrow, I will click on the object I need to point out then I will go away from it to mark a direction and the arrow head will be in the first click position.
it is backward: I have to click first away form the issue I want to point out then do the drag and click in the feature I want to point out.
can we reverse it?

2) can the annotation be visible also in the main screen if desired to do so?

3) can the annotation mode be active/modifiable in COLOR page? It will be very handy to pass info to the next colorist in collaboration mode or to remind myself what i have to do in the shot.

4) can the annotation mode be visible in color page and when [grab stills] be part of the grab?

Tom, thinking about it, I also firstly point specifically what should be focused on and then drift away to draw... I admit I don't do it this way when I'm drawing on a sheet of paper but something must have led me to do it this way on a computer...
