Relinking Broke Resolve 14

PostWed Jul 11, 2018 5:16 pm

Hi All,

I have encountered a MAJOR issue. Currently in the process of relinking proxies to hi-res. Since I have multicam footage and the original project is in FCPX, I have exported my XMLs and brought them into Resolve 14. I flattened my multi-cams, and since I couldn't find a better way to relink after doing this, I exported the flattened timeline XMLs out of resolve. I then started a new project, imported all of my raw footage and then imported my new XMLs.

We have our film broken up into 5 reels, after working on one of the reels with no problems whatsoever, I tried to bring in another. Upon doing so, and making sure to have 'Automatically import source clips into media pool' off, it still imports footage into the master bin in the media pool. When I click on any of this media that it brings in, Resolve crashes....every time.

Has anybody experienced this behavior before?
