I've been dabbling with some stereoscopic 360 videos in Maya and rendering them out at 3840x1920. Im not really great at figuring out the aspect ratios and codecs but I had some luck rendering them in sony vegas at 30 fps in 3840x1920 but the rendered .iff pictures from Maya are actually 60 fps and I wanted to see how that looks. I'm using gearvr with a samsung s7 so I'm not sure how much it can handle.
I can't find any way to render in Vegas at 60fps 3840x1920 and wanted to try using davinci but I can't even figure out how to import the videos. I assemble to pics in VirtualDub and render as uncomressed avi and if I use 30 fps it will import but 60 fps will not.
Is there a way to import this in Resolve and then also render as 3840x1920 60fps?
