DnxHD renders with PAR DVCPro

PostSat Jul 14, 2018 2:00 am

I never had this issue in Resolve 14 but now when I render out to DNxHD 1080p 100/85/80 the footage has a PAR of DVCpro. If i render to DnxHD SQ , it is square pixels.

Is this a bug or is there a reason for this change? I have to re-interpret the footage when bringing into my aftereffects compositions with square pixels now.
Thanks

You have not mentioned your source or timeline res, nor PAR setting.

Source is 1920x1080 16:9 square pixel footage from Canon DSLR & the project settings are the same.
If i render to DNxHD SQ & bring the render back into Resolve, the media info reads a PAR as square.
If I just change the render setting to DNxHD 100 and bring the render back into Resolve, the media info reads a PAR DVCPRO HD
I am using Resolve Public Beta 15.0.0B.065 on Windows
Thanks
