Bug: AAF to protools not in sync, random audio channels

I've exported an AAF for Protools. Audio Track 1 was out by about 1 frame Track 4/5 was out by about 4 frames. It randomly also selected wrong audio channels (not the same as in the edit page). I've tried beta version1/2/3/4/5 not had the chance to try b6 yet... Tried the protools preset, the Avid preset and deselecting video also.

Project 1920x1080 25fps progressive... only had 2 clips as 29.97 which I also ended up baking to see if that was the issue...
Mac Pro late 2013 (trashcan) 12core, D700 gpu, 64gb ram

same problem for me...aaf for protools makes all audio editor i work with mad!
