It seems that Resolve was working when you had 15b4 installed, and stopped working when you installed 15b6.
If you have a project to get out, it might be a plan to uninstall 15b6 and reinstall 15b4 to get your project finished.
The issue appears related to ID'ing the graphics in the system. It could be an issue with the onboard Intel HD630 graphics. That's being properly ID'd in 15b4, and not being ID'd at all in 15b6 before it crashes.
If you have the ability in the system BIOS to disable the onboard Intel graphics, you might change the state of that, and see if that helps, i.e. if it is disabled, enable it. If it's enabled, disable it.
You also have an older NVIDIA driver installed. But it's not that old, 388.13. You can update that to a newer version, but perhaps not the newest version, as people have reported possible issues with that. 397.64 might be a good version to try. From the NVIDIA Driver Downloads site.
