Hello,
I'm trying to sync video and audio via autosync through waveform. Pretty straightforward. I recorded my audio on a Zoom H6 with 2 lavaliers and a boom, so in most cases I ended up with 3 audio files. The thing is, whenever I try the autosync function, it'll only sync 1 of the audio files, even if all 3 audio files are from the same take. There's even a take where we recorded live music, where one input from the H6 was recording directly from the instruments and another was recording from a microphone, so as to have a little ambience. I find it hard to believe that the program can't synchronize these waveforms when they're so similar, so the problem must lie elsewhere. My guess is I'm doing something wrong, yet I've tried putting the 3 or 4 clips that I know are the same take into a folder and autosyncing from there, to no avail.
Can anyone help me out on this? I'm trying to leave FCPX for Resolve, but this problem keeps coming up whenever I need to edit with multiple audio files.
