Layering Photos and Copying Effects

PostSat Jul 28, 2018 8:50 am

Hello, just getting started with resolve 15. I am trying to put multiple pictures in a row and since some don't fill the whole screen, put a blurred version of the same photos in the background where the "black bars" would normally be. I copied all my photos and layered them one on top of the other. Then I use the inspector to scale the bottom layer up to fill the whole space. Now I want to blur them, the background photos that is, but I have two problems. 1: when I use the fusion editor to apply a blur to the photo, it seems to negate the scaling I did previously and 2: I can't figure out how to copy and paste the blur effect node to every background photo so I dont have to add them individually. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!!
