Beta 8 still giving blank Noise Reduction window (with proof

Well they fixed the wonky Output Blanking bug, but I still get a blank window when I apply the Noise Reduction plugin in the Fairlight page:

EDIT: It appears that this only happens when I apply the plugin while the clip is playing. If I apply it before playing the clip the plugin opens correctly.

Not seeing that behaviour here on OS X, Fairlight AFX Noise Reduction instance inserted as both a Clip-based effect and as a Channel insert, inserted during playback and while playback is stopped.

The Fairlight AFX Noise Reduction plugin always displays its UI in all instances.

Issue may be isolated to certain Window 10 installs.
