Loading Waveform Monitor stuck wont load

Resolve 15 will not load up on my windows computer, it will start the loading process and get stuck on loading waveform monitor and will stop responding at that point!

I have already uninstalled and installed 3 times and same result each time , Is there a known fix for this issues?

Davinci Resolve will not complete the start-up operation on my iMac. The start-up process becomes unresponsive at "loading waveform monitor." I have updated my OS, uninstalled and reinstalled the program.

Any Mac users out there that can point me in a good direction to follow? Thank you.
