Why the yellow caution triangle and error codes?

I've started seeing a yellow triangle at the bottom right corner of my screen with an attached list of error codes. Is this indicating a problem with the way I'm using the software or is it more like data that Resolve is sending to itself about internal issues that I don't need to worry about?
