Need the ability to Paste Individual Audio Attributes

The Paste Attributes command needs the ability to include or exclude plugins. The blanket attribute "Plugins" is far too broad to be very useful.

Also noticing the Noise Reduction plugin isn't pasting when a Paste Attributes function is done.
