15b3 crash on startup

Hi,

after upgrading to B3 from B2 and updating the NVIDIA graphics card driver to 397.64, Resolve crashes on startup.

The same thing happened to me. B2 was working fine, upgrade to B3 and it crashed without even opening up the main window.

Nvidia 1080ti, driver version 397.64

Same happens here with DR15 full release.
