So what happened was I started to get some issues with files in my computer, I had lots of files in the desktop and want to get rid of them to "clean" it, I discovewr the option in meida manager that I could move all the used files from the project to a separated folder and thus could acheve my goal
the thing is I have multiple projects that share some of the same files and since those files were originaly spread all over my computer and now that one fo the projects moved those files to a single folder, the other projects that have files located all over my hard drive can't locate them anymore.
I still have acess to all files but it would be a real pain to individually move all files back to its original folder and copying the files back to a single folder after I had all projects properly organized.
On the same note, does the "Relink to new files" option in media management>copy>more options do what I think it does? (it changes the mapping of each original file to the software to the files in the folder where it copied the files to)
