Audio Sync issues with Media Composer AAF import

PostSun Aug 26, 2018 5:47 pm

On my Media Composer timeline I have a single clip containing audio and video with no effects or modifications.
I exported this using Media Composer's AAF export settings and then imported this timelime into Resolve using the latest Resolve 15 manual as guidance.
In the Resolve timeline I get a correctly sized, linked Video and Audio clips. The Video clip corresponds the the exported Video clip from MC. However the Audio clip is totally out of sync with the Video clip.
It appears that the first frame of the audio clip corresponds to the first frame of the media on disc rather than the frame represented by the in point of the Video clip.
It does not seem possible to explore the contents of the AAF file to check what has been transferred.

Is this Resolve problem or a Media Composer problem?
