Image/Graphic not showing

I am trying to use a planner tracker in Fusion. In the Fusion window, I drag a jpg or png into the workspace and it is blank no matter what viewer I choose. I tried to drag it on top of the video in the timeline and it shows up there so I went to make a fusion clip and it crashes.

The same on both computers? 8 GB RAM is definitely too small for Fusion.
What's the resolution of those pictures?

I am just using the iMac. I have never had any problems. The resolution is only 1280x600. If I convert it to a movie it then will show. However, I want a transparent background.

Sorry, no idea then, I can drag 42 mpx JPEGs into Fusion without a problem, they are displayed.
