Resolve 15 Hangs on "Loading Waveform Monitor"

Hello, I recently installed Resolve 15 and it hangs while loading at "Loading Waveform Monitor". I had the beta version installed and working without issue and now cannot get the resolve to start. I have completely uninstalled several times including removing directories and registry keys with no success. My setup is as follows:

I've attached the Log Capture from CaptureLogs.bat. The file has several start attempts included and I see some socket connection failures and Failed to find '0' in combo box. Any help with resolving this would be greatly appreciate. I am a complete newbie to working with resolve and wanted to try it before making a decision on purchasing.
