Davinci Resolve Project Server Crash Windows server 2012

When I tried to open Davinci, it gives me this error
"The program can't start becuase api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-I1-2-0.dll is missing from yopur computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
I have tried to install the software several times but still getting this error.
Any ideas?

Windows Server 2012 is the server equivalent of Windows 8.
