Little Black Box Always In The Way

When making adjustments to a cut, the little black info box is always in the way and hide what is underneath. Is there a way to disable it, or place it under or above the cut? Thanks.

once you hold down the left mouse button to engage, you can move the mouse cursor with the time change indicator either up or down — the action will still be latched to the active edge selection until you release the left mouse button.

Thanks for replying, Dmitry. I tried to replicate what you suggest, but it does not work. I can indeed move the mouse bracket cursor up or down, but the time change indicator remains glued to the front of the cut, thus making any visual adjustment difficult. I can't believe I am the only person bothered by this. I searched the forum and found no complain about it.
