In/Out points in Delever page keep resetting

Is there a reason why my in and out points for a clip on the deliver page almost ALWAYS reset? It happens reliably at least 50-70% of the time. I manually set my in and out points, add to render queue, and when I click "start render," my in and out points are changed to include the whole timeline. Then I always have to stop the render, reset the in and points a second time, and re-render. Please someone stop this madness

Sorry for the delay. Didnt see your response until recently. Here's a video reproducing the problem.

as interesting as this bug is, you don't need to keep adding to the render queue to re-render old jobs, just click on the relevant job and hit start render again, it will use the exact same settings as before.
