15.1 FairlightFX constantly deactivating

I'm finding that while working clips that have FairlightFX will have the effect constantly deactivated while working. No "deactivated" as in turned off in the Inspector, but as in it's effect on the clip will be missing.

I find that if I switch to another timeline and switch back it will reactivate, but just for a few minutes before it will be deactivated again.

Pretty big bug.

The timeline will render this way as well, with the FX not having any effect, so it isn't just a playback issue.

Even weirder thing happening--

I'm also having the opposite thing happening, where instead of having the FairlightFX deactivating, they are actually making themselves heard on clips where they are not applied.

Again, if I switch to a different timeline and switch back it fixes itself, temporarily.

Very weird.
