Bug: Double clicking Marker to edit Disables Snapping

If Snapping is enabled and you double click a Timeline Marker to edit the name it will disable snapping.

Resolve 15.1.0.025
System specs:
OS: Windows 11
CPU: Intel i912900K 3200Mhz 16 core
