AAF to ProTools problems

I'm having an impossible time exporting anything that my ProTools sound mixer can use. The AAFs Resolve 15 are generating are missing automation which is a big problem. Has anyone solved this??

In reading other posts, I though I would try exporting an XML for FCPX and then using X2Pro Convert to generate the AAF but every time I try to create an XML, Resolve crashes. We have also tried exporting an XML for Premiere and then generating an AAF in Premiere but lots of clips are missing, etc, when we use that approach.

This is such a basic need with any NLE, how could this not work especially when there are presets actually build into the Deliver module??

The only way I'm able to get the audio out o davinci and send to pro tools is this:
I export for protools from the delivery option(with handles) and then give this to the sound department. Normally they are not able to open in protools 10 or 12 (dont know about the latest 2018 you can try if you have it). So i open in Premiere the same aaf made for protools and I do another aaf from premiere and it works on protools! Anyway the audio file is not wave or aiff anymore but mxf recreate from davinci with the name of the original video files with whom they were syncronised in the davinci project. No audio level, no name, no metadata from the original audio file!!!
Before to get to this point I tried a tons of ways to find a solution but the main problem is that once you sync the audio in davinci the audio data are lost, so no aaf or xml or edl will link to the original audio file.
this situation for editors and their assistants is what makes davinci difficult to choose as the main software. For me, as an editor, is my main and only complain about davinci. I Always hope when a new version of davinci came out that this problem is solved somehow but no luck until now.
