I _think_ in Final Cub Pro that markers in clips were treated like subclips when moved to the timeline. In Resolve, the entire clip is moved to the timeline, with the marker, and then you can convert the marker in/out to the clip in/out.
I liked the FCP behavior better, and am wondering if there's a way to do it in resolve.
In other words, if I have a clip marker of 10 seconds, with a marker title of "c/u, unlocking the door", it shows up under the clip. I'd like to select that and drag it to the timeline, and only have the 10-seconds of that clip, not the whole clip.
Obviously, I could move the clips with markers to the source viewer, click on the command to change the in/out points to the marker in/out, and then move it to the timeline, but I guess I'm wondering if it's possible to reduce the number of keystrokes for that.
Thanks.
