Hello.... This is my first post and also I am a new Resolve user. I have checked and have not been able to find any other posts on this specific issue so I hope I am not wasting any one's time.
I am using v15.1.1.005 on a Windows 10 (1809) Alienware desktop computer. Here is my scenario...
1. Create a timeline and put a full screen picture on V1. Stretch it out so it is about 20 seconds long.
2. Place a smaller picture (jpg or png) on V2. Be sure to keep it within the time of the picture on V1.
3. Place the same smaller picture on V3. Have it overlap part of the picture on V2.
4. Scale/move both pics on V2 & V3 so you can see them both.
5. 'Play' this short movie. Everything works as expected.
6. Select the pictures on V2 & V3 and create a Compound Clip.
7. 'Play' the movie again. In my case, the background goes black when both V2 & V3 pictures are displayed (see Bug 2.png). All other times the background is the picture on V1 (see Bug 1 & Bug 3).
This happens with nested timelines, too. I discovered this while using a video on V1 and pictures on V2 & V3.
Can any one confirm this or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!
Bob
