Split Screen 3 ways

Is there a way to split the screen three ways so that the text could scroll up and only appear between the upper and lower boxes?

Lots of ways to accomplish this.
One method, in the Edit page, would be to put your Text Scroll on V1, your upper box image/video on V2 (and crop the bottom) and your lower box image/video on V3 (and crop the top).
Now your text scroll is masked by those two boxes, and will appear only in the space between.

What about if all three boxes had separate scrolling text? So text would scroll through the green box but not scroll into the black in blue boxes
