Audio Issue - Squeak Sound

Hi guys,

I'm new to editing so I apologize ahead of time for any negligence. I've googled and searched forums to solve this issue and I keep finding the same videos (overview of audio options & remove audio noise) and these have not helped.

As you can hear in my attached audio clip, there's a squeaking noise and it is scattered throughout my entire video (~8mins) I'm assuming it must be an issue with my mics. I wanted to ask for your opinion on the most efficient way to remove these little noises from my whole video/audio. Any help would be appreciated
