Hi.

Before I got my Resolve Dongle, was I testing Resolve on Intel Core i3-4150. It was working, but I was only testing it on low resolutions.
I don't expect i3-3xxx to work.

I can confirm that Resolve 14 will work with an Intel i4330 which has HD4600 graphics, and 8GB of system RAM. Performance is not stunning but it is possible to do simple edits on full HD video. It will open with a UHD video timeline but usually crashes when trying to do anything.
