Hello, I'm having an issue with the update. I have been using Resolve 16 for 5 months I really like it and I'm learning as I go. When editing a video I had a pop up that said that version 17.0 was available. I selected the download option and installed from the Zip file. Now the DaVinci Resolve app won't open and is giving an error message.
Resolve.exe - System error
The code execution cannot proceed because
VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the
program may fix this problem.
I have downloaded the file 3 more times and reinstalled with no luck. I hope someone can help. I called for customer service and they told me they don't help people using the free software. That I needed to go through the forum. So here I am.
