It would seem that an error has crept into the download page. All the 17.0 betas are now labelled as 17.1 and are also all labelled as Mac OS only. :o

They always remove the beta links once the final version is released. That's why v17.0 betas have been removed and only v17.1 betas are still available as it isn't final yet.

The earlier v17.1 betas were macOS only, but since Beta 10 it's available for all three platforms.
