Hello everyone
so i tried everything to change Set Poster Frame (Set Clip Thumbnail) while i'm exporting the final video
but nothing is working
can anyone help me please tell me how to change the Poster Frame (Set Clip Thumbnail)

You can't define a poster frame for exported videos. The operating system or the player will define those.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
