Audio delay after edit/trim and play

Often I have a delay in the audio after pressing play. The audio is in sync but the audio starts up about a second after the video. Playback at 25, so no problem with video. I Cant remember having this problem before vs 17. Anyone else having this issue or a fix?

I haven't seen this myself.

What's your audio hardware and preferences setup?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
