Missing links/Relinking Luts

Hello Everyone

I am new here.
I signed up because I could not find the answer via the usual channels.
The issue was mentioned but I did not find anyone posting a resolution.

scenario -

I colour graded my film on my macbook pro on Davinci resolve 16

I bought a desktop PC to finish my film and am now on Davinci resolve 17

I added the LUT folder into my new PC

I then opened the project file from an external backup disk

This is the same external disk i connect to my macbookpro - and how I ran the project

What came in on the pc was not surprising

all red / missing links on the timeline -

but it is easy to relink media - no problem here at all

However - what also happened was an onslaught of missing LUTS warning

These LUTS are all in the C drive of the new PC
(I basically copied the LUTS folder from my mac onto the external drive and then transferred everything into the PC's C: DRIVE)

Even when the clips are relinked, the custom grade from the LUTS are not showing up at all

When I click on the node structure - I cannot even REVEAL the LUTS that were used

Even if I had the patience to relink LUTS manually -

this is unfortunately not possible because I do not have the info for which LUT is used

Can someone point me in the right direction?

What should I do

Please list it step by step

I am a filmmaker learning the software - not a professional editor
