This may be a limit of how OFX plugins work in Resolve. Perhaps the list is built at launch, and cannot change, but when I Update Lists to add a new DCTL, it is added to the node right-click drop-down, but not to the list in the DCTL OFX plugin. If the DCTL had a syntax error at startup, it does not show in the list. This means that to work on a new DCTL, it is easiest to add a valid null DCTL to the LUT folder at startup, and then work on it, clicking Reload DCTL every time you edit it.
I assume that the flat list in the plugin is a limitation of OFX? It would be nice to have the folder hierarchy like the LUT plugin. Failing that, can I put in a feature request for the ability to hide DCTLs (and LUTs for that matter) when the LUT folder is being parsed. Perhaps something like adding "_" to the start of a folder name means "ignore this folder". That would enable basic DCTL/LUT management, without moving things in and out of the LUT folder. The Favorite LUTs option is very useful, but does not work for the OFX plugin
