Heyho!
I am currently running Davinci Resolve 17.0 but I have encountered this issue before:
When I got a fusion Composition which uses "MediaIn" Elements, these will break sometimes when saving the project under a different Name.
Just now I finished my German Review of Cyberpunk 2077 and saved the project again as a different project name, to turn it into an english version. However...the fusion compositions are now broken and show media offline. I even tried to import the Elements which are 100% identical and unmodified from the German project over to the english one and same thing. Media Offline.
Of course no paths have been changed and all the media is still available in the media library.
This does not always happen for some reason when saving the project under a different name. But I can't see what is causing them. Also I don't know any good way fixing it besides of basically redoing all the different media ins which is lots of additional effort.
Edit: The picture used in the media in still works in the main timeline. But it does not work in any fusion composition. You then just drag an empty box which will vanish.
Furthermore saving and reopening the project might fix the issue. It fixed it this time at least.
