H265 Export missing Quadro 5000 GPU/Win 10

PostThu Apr 30, 2020 12:51 am

Hi everyone, I did find several posts on the forums regarding the H265 export option missing. I'm still confused as to whether or not this related to not using the paid version of Resolve.

I just downloaded Resolve on a Macbook Pro and on my Windows 10 laptop. The Macbook Pro (late 2015) gives me the H265 export option when I go to delivery.

The Windows laptop does not. The specs are as follows:

Razer studio laptop late 2019 edition. Intel I9 -9750H CPU, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 (mobile) GPU. I've updated to what seem to be the latest NVIDIA drivers. Is there anything I'm missing? Is H265 export not supported on the free version of resolve for Windows only? Driver issue?

Thank you,

Angelo

You need the Studio version.

I also have the Quadro 5000 GPU/Win 10 64 bit, as well as the Studio Version. There is no option for H.265 anywhere under the deliver section. I also lost all options for GPU acceleration that were previously available to me before this last update to 17.1 Build 24.
