17.1 Audio dropouts in the Fusion Page

PostTue Mar 16, 2021 3:00 pm

I constantly have short audio dropouts in the Fusion Page, even when no adjustments have been made at all in the Fusion Page and the video is playing correctly in the viewer. Is there anything I can do about this, what could it be related to?

I'm seeing the same in Studio 17.1 for Windows.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

I have been working a lot with Fusion in the last few days and I have had so many problems and crashes that I thought there was something wrong with my computer. Now I have completely reinstalled the operating system (Big Sur) and installed only DaVinci Resolve and in addition I tested it on a second computer. The problems have remained, so it's not my computer. It is really bad that Davinci has so many bugs...it is really great software and the possibilities are just awesome, but when it works so unstable, that is very very frustrating to work with.
