speeding up loading time

each time I open Resolve, it's loading pretty slow. and while loading, it shows which part of the application is loading at the moment: looking for Control Surface, etc... I wonder if there's an option to say to the app that I don't have the Control Surface once and forever, so it would load a bit faster?

That part actually goes by pretty quick. Resolve is doing other things after which aren't listed in that Splash screen.
