mov and Da Vinci Resolve 7.1

Hi,
I have recently started using the program and I have a problem.
I use Panasonic Lumix S1 and I make movies in MOV. Usually 30 fps.
I use iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) and after updating the Da Vinci software (7.1) I can't work on MOV files . (only the audio track appears in the timeline)
With the MP4 format everything works properly.
I have read some tips on converting MOV files but I would prefer to use the original format.
If anyone can provide me with advice on the best way to resolve it, I am grateful.

Sounds like a free version issue.
Are the mov files 10 bit?
What codec?
Are you on the free or studio version?

Resolve studio shouldn’t have a problem decoding most of the codecs wrapped inside a mov container.
