Shift+7 shortcut issue

I don't know if it's for my settings but the shortcut Shift+7 doesn't work when you are in the Media, Cut or Edit page.
I have ver. 17 now but it was the same with ver. 16.
Anyone has the same problem?

When you switch the default DaVinci Resolve key preset, and try after that, does it work?
If yes, can you check your customised preset for issues? Click on Shift and 7 in the keyboard layout and check on the lower left tab below to see wht mappings it has. Check also the Media pool section for local overrides.

If it still does not work, can you include some steps, including a screenshot of your screen setup (single screen, dual screen, clean feed etc) and if you're trying with focus on the included media pool or with floating media pool windows.

I have tried all, it doesn't work. It works only if I change the shurtcut with other keys like only 7 or other numbers or letters without Shift.

Now I have upgrated to 17.1 and it's working
