Please help!!
I am unable to install DaVinci Resolve 17. This is the error I receive while running the installer:
"The installation failed.
The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."
My computer specs:
- macOS Catalina, version 10.15.7
- Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2017)
- Processor 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
- Memory 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
- Graphics Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB
I previously had DaVinci 17 installed, then uninstalled to install 17.1 (which in hindsight I should I have just updated without uninstalling). And ever since then, I keep encountering this error.
I've tried restarting, downloaded the install files again, but to no avail.
Any help!!
