Free Version: 17.1b Build 21 vs 17.2 ??

I'm running the free version 17.1b Build 21. Each time I start up the program I get a notice to download 17.1.

Is 17.1 in fact a newer version than 17.1b ?

Yes, 17.1 is final now. all platforms.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
