Offset audio track when trimming. Why is this happening?

That's likely just a display thing. If you play through the cut, you don't hear any oddities, do you?

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

To expand on what Jim said, the waveforms are a greatly reduced version of the actual file. This will just be quantization error. Nothing to do about it and nothing to worry about.

You'll probably find the visual error is reduced the more you zoom in.
