Roll back to 16

Is it possible to roll back to 16?
17 isn't working for me.
Animated templates not working. Slow playbacks. Some effects not working.
This is costing me time and money.

What specific GPU driver is installed?

If u backed up your v16 database then u can in install 17 and put 16.2.8 in, but u still might need to update the GPU driver.
