Error Davinci Resolve 17 does not support Final Cut Pro..

I believe I have the last version of Davinci - Davinci Resolve 17 - I downloaded it from the website. However, I am still getting the error: Davinci Resolve does not support Final Cut Pro X XML 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 and 1.8. Do I need the paid version to open these files?

I've tried opening Premiere XML and prproj. but it is also not possible. Please help!
