Resolve 17, AMD GPU and Sony A7III footage issue

While the old issues with Resolve 17 not being able to use an AMD GPU was fixed another issue persisted, that was also present in Resolve 16.

While editing video footage from a Sony A7III 4K 25 FPS, when i edit around the clips i'm getting jumping frames back and forth for few seconds.

I'll leave a video about how the issue shows up. The problem is that sometimes this thing also gets into the rendering footage.

PC Used:

AMD 5800X | 32 GB RAM | Radeon 6800XT | 1TB SSD NVME Gen3 | Win 10 20H2 | Driver 21.3.1

I'm bumping this Thread with a new issue found.

Resolve does not encode at more than 40Mbps while using a Radeon 6800XT, even if i set 100 Mbps the max it will go is 40Mbps.
