DR17.1 Collaboration causing stuttery playback/crashing

Howdy,

Came across a fun little bug? today.
We had 2 seats logged in to the same project (DR postgres server based with shared media drive)

And so long as the project had 2 users in it, playback was a complete stuttery mess.
As soon as the other user logged out and closed the project everything went back to normal.

Anybody come across this one before?

Edit: I should add. Menu and ui interaction was also really laggy and doing too much too quickly was causing the software to lock up.

Tested this more thoroughly today, and again. Everything is buttery smooth on one seat, until the second user logs into the project.

Then it's crash city, audio playback becomes stuttery, frame drops everywhere, can't interact with the UI because it freezes the program and I have to kill it through task manager.

I'm entirely unsure what's causing this.

Postgres is running on a third dedicated server box, Media storage is a 10g NAS. And the two edit systems are more than capable machines.
