Timelines Bin & Convert to Multicam

There is no option to convert a timeline to multicam when "Timelines Bin" is enabled.
Is this by design or they forgot to add it?

There are a few features that don't work when using a Timelines Bin, which to me makes no sense, because using one is uncontestably the best way to work.
